Billing and coding, and if you decide to take that course, make sure you take the specialist, it pays a whole lot more. Maybe 46 grand a yr and for med and dentail asst, pay is about 27 grand Good Luck!
Am M/A if qualified sounds like the most.
But a dental hygienist can do a heck of a lot of cleanings in the right busy office you see.

Billing & coding is very competitive and almost always busy but a lot of people get into it because it doesn’t require as much preparation..
for the hospital i work for in CA MA’s, Billing and Coding positions gets paid $22+ per hour and dental assistants receives $13-15. Which is easier? hmmm…….. If all jobs R easy then everybody would be doing it right?
