If you have no experience with your new career, it may be wise to volunteer at a free clinic to gain experience.
On your resume you want to sell your skills, talents, and abilities. Remember, an employer is looking at how you are going to be able to make him money. Either by making his job easier or the office more efficient or needing less training than the other applicants. Focus on what you can do to make the office better (are you expert at taking patient history, working with children, etc.)
Everyone who has your certification can do basically the same stuff. Make yourself stand out from the rest.
