I’m taking a class to become a nursing assistant. And it only takes 3 weeks to a month. If that’s the same thing? In my experience, most nursing assistants make $10-$12 per hour. That might not be what you had in mind though.. Sorry if I didn’t help.
Be cautious about private (expensive) vocational schools that offer this in a short period of time. You don’t want to accrue a 20,000 debt for a job that pays 12-15 dollars an hour (usual starting pay in most doctor’s offices). A lot of Community Colleges offer Medical Assisting as an Associates Degree program and they cost way less than private technical schools.
