I am graduating next year with a bachelors degree in Psychology. However, I am considering going into the medical field..my first choice is physicians assistant, I’ve considered nursing, and also ultrasound technician. Most schools want you to have some type of clinical experience, yet they say any degree will do? I’m confused!

I would like to obtain a diploma or certificate from a good institution that won’t rip me off. I am not sure if Westwood or Lincoln are any good. Please help me with suggestions as to where can I attend?
Westwood college in Chicago, IL near O’Hare airport and Lincoln T. Institute in Melrose Park, IL
